About Us
Bali Fashion Trend is an annual event that was held on October 2024 and this year will be held again in November 2025. The event is organized by Indonesian Fashion Chamber (IFC) Chapter Bali, and is a platform for local designers to showcase their branding and business.
To support local designers and fashion brands
The background of Bali Fashion Trend (BFT) is to support local designers and fashion brands in their efforts to grow and promote their businesses. The event is open to all designers and fashion brands and provides an opportunity for them to gain recognition and exposure. One of the unique aspects of BFT is its focus on sustainable and ethical fashion.
The event promotes the use of hand-made Indonesian textiles crafted by local artisans. This not only supports the local economy but also helps preserve traditional textile-making techniques. By promoting sustainable and ethical fashion, BFT hopes to contribute to the global movement towards more responsible consumption and production practices in the fashion industry.
BFT also plays an important role in connecting Indonesian fashion brands to the global market. The event provides a platform for these brands to showcase their collections and gain visibility among international buyers and industry professionals. Through its efforts to promote local designers and brands, BFT hopes to raise the profile of the Indonesian fashion industry and help it to gain a greater share of the global market.
The event is not just a fashion show, but also a place for designers, fashion brand, textile industry and related stakeholders to gather and share information, experiences and knowledge about fashion industry, this will create a collaborative ecosystem and potential market opportunities.
BFT is not only a fashion event, but also a place for networking and collaborations to take place, it can be seen as a way to help the fashion industry in Indonesia to grow and develop.
